Support for Autistic and Neurodivergent Adults
You are an adult. You know yourself. Side Quest Supports is for people who may need practical support that respects their brain, communication style, energy, anxiety and boundaries.
Support that centres you
We do not treat autism like a problem to fix. Support is about helping you do more of the things that matter to you in a way that feels manageable, respectful and real.
You should not have to pretend something is easy just because other people think it should be.
This may suit you if…
- You want to get out more, but starting is hard
- You need support with appointments, errands or community access
- You want social connection without being pushed into “normal” socialising
- You are trying to build routines after burnout, change or overwhelm
- You want a support worker who explains the plan clearly
Examples of support
Support can be one-to-one, activity-based, goal-based or a gentle step toward a group activity later.

Planning and confidence
Break a task or outing into smaller steps so it feels less impossible.

Transport and community
Practise buses, trains, local trips or regular routes with support.

Errands and life admin
Shopping, appointments, paperwork, reminders and practical tasks.

Interest-based outings
Activities that start with what you actually like, not generic programs.

Burnout-aware support
Respect for fatigue, shutdown, anxiety, sensory needs and recovery time.

Social without pressure
Support to be around people without demanding eye contact, small talk or performance.
