About Side Quest Supports
A local support service built around calm and practical support for autistic and neurodivergent adults who do not fit neatly into traditional disability support programs.
Not everyone connects through traditional social groups.
Sometimes it is easier when there is a shared interest, a clear plan, and something enjoyable to focus on.
Side Quest Supports is being created for neurodivergent adults who want respectful, flexible support to access the community without pressure to perform socially.
The focus is on structured outings, predictable plans, supportive pacing, and activities that make conversation optional rather than forced.
Why “Side Quest”?
In games, a side quest is not always the main mission, but it can still matter. It might help you gain confidence, unlock a new place, meet someone, practise a skill, or discover something that makes the next step easier.
That is the idea behind Side Quest Supports: small real-world steps that can make life feel more open, manageable and connected.
